Rhino Farts

The last couple of batches of cider have had a wretched sulphur smell. I’m trying to figure out how to prevent that. I’ll need to figure out better temperature control and perhaps look at adding a nutrient. I think I’ll have to ferment to dryness and then backsweeten. I was hoping to do a young cider that would be stopped at the right gravity.
